Embodied Scholarly Activism

For scholars committed to research and social change.

Through 1:1 weekly sessions we’ll clarify your capacity, prevent burnout, and equip you with practical tools to transform your academic struggles into personal resilience and insightful scholarship. Together, we will identify resources that keep you focused, resourced, and on task—because when your scholarship is an act of resistance, your body becomes part of the work.

Attuned Nourishment Support

For those facing the many barriers to truly receiving nourishment—whether through food, connection, love, or self-compassion—I offer a different way in.

Together, we’ll explore how your body senses and responds to the world, uncovering what supports your nourishment and sense of belonging. This might include rest, relationships, food, or purpose. We’ll identify strategies for rebuilding your relationship to nourishment in all its forms.

Replenishing yourself can feel especially complex when your body has been treated as a problem to fix rather than a place to listen to and care for. You deserve a relationship to nourishment that feels whole—where care becomes a source of strength, not struggle.

Queer Embodiment Support

For members of the LGBTQIA+ community struggling with feeling they don’t belong, critical self-talk, and endless pressures to measure their queerness or ideas of passing against oppressive cultural norms.

The toll of navigating discriminations linked to body and identity makes it hard to experience queer joy, safety and belonging. Through our 1:1 sessions you’ll learn practices and tools to help reclaim your sense of belonging, quiet the inner critic, reject false standards, and stand fully in your queer brilliance—even in a world that asks you to shrink, prove, or perform.

You deserve affirming care that honors your many layered life experience.

Academic Advisory

For the overthinking and exhausted academic trapped in cycles of missed deadlines, unfinished work, and tension with professors and administrators

Designed with those of you in mind who are struggling with proposal writing or ABD (All But Dissertation), these sessions weave together structured academic support and body-based education to help you manage time, set and meet goals and finish that dissertation/thesis.

Because the Best dissertation is a DONE dissertation.

Embodied Creativity

For creative artists seeking flow in their work and struggling with outside noise disrupting their focus and confidence.

Whether you're mid-project, starting from scratch, or quietly doubting whether it’s worth continuing, these sessions are designed to help you move again with care, not pressure. Together, we’ll clarify your capacity and refine your vision, using body-based tools to support creative flow, regulate your nervous system, and reclaim agency in your creative life. You will learn to integrate resources into your daily life that help you stay focused, grounded, and creatively present.

Art demands enough from you. Don’t let internal obstacles stand in your way.

    • Your work relies on expression, but you are currently stuck in cycles of avoidance, self-criticism, or freeze.

    •  You are constantly pouring yourself into unpaid exposure while real opportunities—grants and residencies—slip by unmet.

    • You have a deadline or a project in mind and need help getting it out of your head and into the world.
